Question #1:

Violation of the first ammendment?

Lamar Advertising of Penn, LLC, an outdoor advertising business, wanted to erect billboards of varying sizes in a multiphase operation throughout the town of Orchard Park, New York. An Orchard Park ordinance restricted the signs to certain sizes in certain areas, to advertsing products and services available for sale only on the premises, and to other limits. Lamar asked Orchard Park for permission to build signs in some areas larger than the ordinance allowed in those locations (but not as large as allowed in other areas). When the town refused, Lamar filed a suit in a federal district court, claiming that the ordinance violated the First Ammendment.

Did Lamar have standing to challenge the ordinance?

If the court could sever the provisions of the ordinance restricting a sign's content from the provisions limiting a sign's size, would your answer be the same? Explain

Someone directed me to the website of a new acquaintence and I was surprised to find out that he includes male tantric massage as part of his home bodywork studio. Question #4:

CAN A GREAT RESUME BE A JOB KILLER?

I have 16 years of actual Award Winning Sales/ Marketing Experience in Advertising (Media). I was the team leader after the first year and I have extensive Administrative Skills as well. I have it listed on my resume, after my 16 year job, that I left in order to obtain career education in a declining economy. I do get calls for interviews. I have been told I deliver a great interview, I am very well communicated, dressed to impress and will get a job in no time. But I do not get the job. What do you think is turning them off? The too impressive resume? The classy interview suit? The interview itself? I would like to add that I am not too professional in the interview, I will joke tastefully and ask questions at the end, avoiding the pay, etc. that is more 2nd interview related. You see my picture, what is it? I get the same outcome from both men and women interviewers.

Question #11:

Does this friend of ours like me?

First of all, I'm with someone else and not looking to cheat. I just want to know if I'm reading this guy right so I can get ready to tell him to back off or change my behaviour so as not to encourage him if I am...

- He knows I'm interested in personality types, but he sent me a really direct link to a webpage about what certain personality types say specifically after sex.
- My bf told me he has asked questions about me quite a lot, including my bra size when they were drunk on a guys' night out.
- He called me from his mobile once, said it was a mistake and he meant to get someone else, and hung up, only to ring me back two seconds later from his landline and talked for like an hour.
- Once when me and my bf had a fight and I was out for a walk, I saw him in the street and he asked what was wrong. He kept asking me back to his place for 'a cup of tea and to let your bf cool off'. I politely refused and went off to find my bf to make up again. Before I left, the guy said that my bf 'wasn't the kind of guy you could bring up kids with'. Does this mean that he thought HE was the ideal guy for that, and he was trying to advertise himself to me?? After I got back home, I found out he had texted my bf: 'That girl really loves you.'
- Once when we were out clubbing, my bf got dragged onto the floor by this guy's gf, and me and this guy joined in after they pestered us to have fun too. The whole time we were dancing, he just kept looking at me, looking nervous and swallowing/trembling a lot while he was holding my hands.

Am I just stupid for thinking there's something to all of this, or should I take steps to ensure I don't encourage him any more?
Vera Gabriele: The guy did ask personal stuff about me, but my boyfriend, courteous guy that he is, never revealed anything. He says, 'Just because someone asks a question doesn't mean you should answer it.' So, he didn't respond to the guy's probing, which I'm very proud of him for. Probably this friendship with Mr. Weird and his gf isn't going to last long! We're not going to fall over ourselves to meet up with them.

Question #12:

What does a doctor do to fix an "erection lasting four hours", as advertised on the Cialis commercials?

I couldn't help but wonder....
Personally, I think 4 hours is overkill by at least, two hours, maybe three.

Regardless, this condition just sounds painful...
Wow, excellent information.

Not to keep bugging you, but now I'm really interested....how common is this condition with ED drugs?

Question #13:

Help me re-learn HOW TO TALK LIKE A TWEEN?

I'm returning to my alma mater school district - only now as A TEACHER.
After 30 years of "living the grown up life" with working and owning my advertising agency, I have forgotten the many grammatical inaccuracies that were / are popular during the tween-years.
I know that correct punctuation, expression and grammatical accuracy is expected in the real world and stressed in my Toastmasters' clubs. I am a continuing Toastmaster of 15 years with membership in 4 individual Toastmaster clubs.
I am continually asked to repeat myself when I am amongst "a general audience" of people who are not Toasties.
Please help me collect many of the grammatical faux-pas that migrate across the country (USA) and relearn their misuses so that my students can gain a stronger grasp of each lesson that I am to instill into their minds and hearts..... Got it? Thank ya.

I'm reasonably certain that the advertiser is trying to gull people into being robbed or defrauded, so you don't need to tell me that this advertisement is a con of some sort. But if there really were a work at home job that could net you GBP 437 a day, what would it be? The first answer that makes me laugh will get ten points AND a mention with acknowledgement in my diary.
