Question #2:

Does anyone here agree with the Dove World Outreach center about burning the Quran on 9/11?

What is the point of doing this? I thought the Dove was supposed to be a Christian symbol of peace. Isn't this an act of war against another religion? Why do some Christians think that this will win people over to their way of thinking? Or is this little church just doing it for attention and publicity, never mind that there is an international outcry against it?

Question #6:

What is your reaction to Consulate-slaying suspect in San Antonio court are Americans now targets in Mexico?

A man suspected of ordering the assassination of a U.S. Consulate worker in Ciudad Juárez and at least one other deadly attack in Mexico's bloody drug war appeared Friday in a San Antonio courtroom under a shroud of secrecy.
Jesus Ernesto Chávez Castillo, known as “El Camello,” was watched by several FBI agents — most of whom were allowed inside the courtroom of U.S. Magistrate Judge John Primomo for a closed-door hearing that took about 40 minutes.

The San Antonio Express-News late Friday confirmed through sources, photographs and booking records at a jail near San Antonio, where the prisoner was being held, that the hearing was for Chávez, 41.

He was arrested earlier this summer by Mexican authorities and accused of planning the shooting deaths in March of the three victims connected to the U.S. Consulate in Ciudad Juárez and of participating in the massacre of more than a dozen people at a party in Juárez in January, Mexican federal police officials have said.

Chávez was handed over to U.S. authorities as part of an agreement between the two countries to cooperate on drug extradition cases. The federal complaint on which he was being held is under seal.

In a statement on its website, the Mexican Ministry of Public Security said Chavez worked for a Mexican drug cartel known as “La Linea,” or “The Line.”

A member of “Los Aztecas,” or the Barrio Azteca gang of El Paso, he told authorities he was ordered to arrange the killing by gang members.

The gang operates in both border cities.

The gang was angered because consulate worker Lesley Enriquez was helping members of a rival gang obtain visas to the United States, the statement said.

The hearing for Chávez appeared to have been scheduled for late Friday going into the Labor Day weekend to avoid publicity.

Question #7:

Does anyone else find the balloon hoax as infuriating as me? The only thing more infuriating...?

...is the idiotic media...
coverage which not only galls me but gives credence to the whole purpose of the stunt! It legitimizes grandstanding, publicity seeking, fifteen minutes of fame narcissism, and trivializes the real news.

Our media outlets are largely scandal mongers, it seems to me. If we all switch channels would it help change the ratings driven agenda?

What do you think?

Question #8:

Which would you chose ? help?

Question #9:

DWTS- If the Celebrities listed below had agreed to appear on Dancing with The Stars instead of declining...?

Who do you think would come out on top as the Overall Champion at the end. The Stars that you would have to consider in this "Fantasy Competition" are Sylvester Stallone, Condoleezza Rice, Tim Allen, Ann Coulter, Suzanne Somers,
Kirstie Alley, Joel Mc Hale, Drew Carey,Facebook creator Mark Zuckerberg, Erin Brockovich, WWE's Chris Jericho, Richard Branson and Betty White. There may have been others, but I think 13 contestants are enough. I personally think that Chris Jericho would win. Considering that he is an athlete already and the fact that he hosted the ABC Summer game show "Downfall", it would have been a great opportunity for him to get some good publicity for him & his show.

Question #10:

Is the fact that Paris Hilton has used the same excuse going to help or hurt her case in Nevada?

She said the same thing in south Africa when she was caught with marijuana and then again not more than three weeks later in Europe. To me she is showing a pattern. That may start a trend of it wasn't mine defense.
Even though this isn't a major crime it should still be prosecuted by one of the best that Nevada has to offer as it will gain them more publicity and help the state in curtailing the ongoing illicit drug problem.

Question #11:

Which story should I continue writing?

Whenever I try writing a story I like the idea of I always think of another story idea which I want to write as well. Here are the different story ideas I have, please pick whichever one you think is best and write what you think could be done to improve it if you think there is something.

1. Set in the 18th Century, a girl called Jessica has just turned old enough to go to her first ball. There she meets a mysterious Italian count called Callisto Ambrogio. They begin a passionate love affair but Jessica soon finds him possessive and leaves. She then falls in love with one of her servants (William) who she knows has loved her for a while. But Callisto isn't about to let her just walk away, being what he is (which is NOT a vampire).

2. Christina has just had her big break- working on a multi-million dollar film with world famous actor Andrew Herald. Unfortunately, they can't stand each other. But when the film's finished and Christina is about to return to her normal life, the producers tell them that they have to be a couple for publicity. And as is predictable, they eventually fall in love. But there is a twist but I can't tell you otherwise it ruins the story.

3. Harry is a young writer in Victorian times. He finds himself unable to pay the rent and is kicked out. His brother helps find him a job as a servant for a Lord Jonathon Greham, an eccentric thirty-something year old millionaire. At first the work is dull and tedious, but soon he finds himself feeling feelings towards Jonathon that he knows are wrong, especially in the time he lives in. But Jonathon always gets what he wants, and he wants Harry.

4. On the way home from school, Olivia meets Will, a gorgeous guy selling magazines near John Lewis. She sees him everyday on the journeys to and from school and finds herself falling in love for the first time. But Will's fallen in with a rough crowd and does something Olivia can never forgive. Will, however, is not going to let her go that easily.

5. Daniel is gay, but he can't tell anyone. If he did, he'd be bullied for the rest of his school year. So he dates Jennifer, the most beautiful girl in school, despite how guilty it makes him feel. One day in the park, as he tries to figure out what to do, a stranger starts talking to him. The next day they meet again, only for Daniel to find out that he's actually George Regald, America's biggest actor. As is most obvious, he falls in love with the gorgeous, straight actor who is completely out of his league. George soon become confused about who he is as he starts feeling similar feelings for Daniel.

6. This is really different to the other stories. Detective Inspector David Faith of Scotland Yard is sent to Redford, a small English town, to find out who killed the local butcher, carving in his chest the message "Not all messages are from this world..." signed by "The Messenger Boy". Soon what seems to have been a one off murder turns into a hunt for a crazed serial killer, who leaves disturbing messages on all his victims. But as the case progresses further and further, David can only remember the first message of this killer, which soon turns out to be true.

Question #12:

For a rare moment, can we boxing fans be unified to condemn Mayweather's current racism?

There are still going to be some people who may try to defend Mayweather or even deem his racial rants as tolerable. I would find that exceedingly disgusting, sickening, disgraceful, and hateful. The Mayweather camp has been open to sponsor racial slurs from insulting whites, Mexicans, and now Filipinos. Roger Mayweather literally said he is a Mexican Killer, Floyd Sr. said Mosley is not a good fighter because he fought Mexican boxers only and not blacks. Floyd has now made it official, he is racist! He said he will burn Pacquiao's "yellow" skin, and he will make Pacquiao cook him rice and sushi roll and cook Pacquaio with cats and dogs. He called him a "Filipino midget" and Floyd Sr. has been open to call Pacquaio a "Filipino f@ggot."

We boxing fans should be sick and tired of this racial rants even if it is meant for publicity because it is a waste of time to expect a big fight that won’t happen if one fighter has said literally "I don't know if I'll ever fight again!" These only benefits Mayweather not we fans because he gets the publicity but we dont get the big fight. But the bottom line is his racial slurs merit no defense, validations, or any kind of acceptance. The only think it deserves is RESISTANCE & OPPOSITION from all of us boxing fans! To everyone who believes in human equality, civility, integrity, and peace, let's all condemn Mayweather's racism!

Question #13:

Is Stephen Hawking a windbag?

I can't understand why this fellow gets so much publicity. He has done next to nothing of worth in physics. He had some theorem 40 years ago about information escaping a black hole. Somehow he bewitched the media and they have built him into some huge genius, which he is not. How did this noisy windbag make it so far?

Question #14:

Is D.A.R.E. really trying to promote drug use?

I mean, why would their acronym spell out DARE, as if they're DARING you to do drugs?

I also have this D.A.R.E. T-shirt, and it has pictures of cannibus on it - no joking. I am 100% sure I got it from the D.A.R.E. organization and that it's not a fake.

So maybe D.A.R.E. is actually there to tell you about all the different drugs there are, so more people would try em out? I mean no publicity is bad publicity.

I mean, D.A.R.E. do tell kids to not do drugs and say no and everything and some will be alright, I will stay drug free; but others will say fuck D.A.R.E. I will do what I want, which strengthens their resolve to do drugs.

Question #15:

What is with the 2012 nonsense?

I mean its like not possible the Mayans can predict this. Yeah, some day our Savior is supposed to return but only God knows when that is going to happen. So is 2012 all for publicity and fake, or is it real?

Question #16:

Similarities between Pacquiao-Margarito and?

Lennox Lewis-Mike Tyson? After all, Tyson was a disgraced boxer at the time, who had gone to prison, had his license revoked for the ear biting incident, and had to find a state that would grant him a boxing license. Leading up to the fight, fans cried that they were going to be boycotting the fight. Tyson had no business fighting after biting off Holyfield's ear, his out of the ring-antics were absolutely out of line, and he had already been KO'd by Buster Douglas and Evander Holyfield. On top of that, Lewis had already beat Holyfield who dominated Tyson.

However, the fight did 1.9 million PPV buys.

Pac and Margarito aren't the stars that Tyson and Lewis were, but can this fight actually be a PPV success and do over 1,000,000 PPV buys? I'm actually starting to believe it can. With all the publicity, both positive and negative, surrounding the fight, the 24/7 HBO support, and fans constantly talking about it in chat rooms, I have a sneaky feeling this fight will do roughly 900,000-1.1 PPV buys.

What do you guys think? Yes, Dewey, it's a fixed fight between juicehead and cheater, I get it.
SirVon - how many PPV bouts in the last 10 years have been in stadiums and NOT hotel arenas. How many PPV bouts had a 70,000 seat capacity. Besides, unless you're AmericasFavoriteThug, most people have friends who watch with them. Going to Cowboys stadium in the cheapo seats with 2 buddies will cost $150, plus parking $50, plus beer and food. You're looking at $300 easily. Watching it at home with as many friends...$100. Sure, no one may believe Tyson raped Ms. Washington, but everyone saw Tyson bite off Holyfields ear and everyone saw Tyson get KO'd by Douglas and Holyfield. You're reasoning for America liking Tyson is because he was "hip hop"? This is boxing, not an Eminem video. Who gives a $hit about whether a fighter's hip hop or not?
Adding to the cost of attending the event, plane tickets and hotels for most people.
Of course it's going to be a great deal at $50. There's 70,000 seats available for Christ's sake! Let me guess, at $50, you're criticizing Arum. If he bumps it up to $100, you'd criticize him as well. They're going to have a large supply available, so accordingly, tickets will be more affordable. Or is Arum and Pacquiao blood suckers for making this fight affordable during the recession and with almost a 10% employment rate?
P-Will and Malignaggi are as "hip hop" as they come, and their fights do...well, it's not well. Are you saying that only "hip hop" fans spend big money?
So why were you NOT against a suspended cheater sparring against Lewis for a title? Tyson was also suspended, he was KO'd by Holyfield and Douglas, and he had a shot at Lewis? Sure he had a big name, but what else did he offer? How is this any different than Sugar Shane Mosley who was actually caught and admitted to, and was ON PED's when he fought ODLH? Why does Tyson and Mosley get a free pass and not Margarito? What if Mosley had seriously hurt ODLH in their fight? Would you continue to support him?
Let me get this straight SirVon, if this fight was at the welterweight limit of 147, you would be supportive? Because Tyson didn't have his license, he was a disgrace to boxing for what he did to Holyfield, and he had been KO'd twice. The only distinction is this is the Pac Marg's fight is at a catchweight and Tyson Lewis wasn't. So you're essentially saying that everything else you're supporting, just not the catchweight?
And why do the Vegas Hotels want the Pacquiao fight? Because asian high rollers GO TO THE FIGHT then blow their money in the casino. You think Asian high rollers just to to the casino for fight week and not watch the fight? Come on!
Why did you bring up HipHoppers blowing money then if you're only talking about PPV numbers or celebrities in the crowd if you're only talking about PPV numbers? I ask a question, you bring up something, I respond to what you bring up, then you say, "I thought you're question had to do with x". I don't get you sometimes.

Question #18:

Do you believe that the African American female receives "justifiable publicity" for being the lead contender in corporate America today?

Question #19:

Why is every comment on Youtube (mostly music videos) about Justin Beiber?

Every single time I listen to a song on Youtube, every single time, the highest rated comment is ALWAYS about how "Justin Beiber sucks", "Justin Beiber's a f*ggot", "This song is way better than any of Justin Beiber's".

I'M SICK TO DEATH WITH EVERYONE GOING ON ABOUT JUSTIN F*CKING BEIBER!

And no, I'm not a Beiber fan, I've never even listened any of his songs all the way through. I watched about 5 seconds of his "Baby" song on the TV and thought "Oh, more of this Disney crap" and changed over to something else. It didn't make me want to go on some blood thirsty rampage, commenting about him on ANY MUSIC VIDEO I CAN FIND.
I just can't stand listening to everyone whining and moaning about how much he sucks anymore.

Listen. Justin Beiber will blow over like the rest of them and be replaced by something else in the next few years. Hell, maybe months. You just gotta ignore these things and move on with your life. The more you complain about him the more publicity he gets. You just making it worse on yourself.

Rant over.

Question #20:

Why do some celebrities wear the "All seeing eye" symbol? and Freemason?

Is it a religious thing or are they just trying to get attention and publicity? Don't answer with that illuminati nonsense please b/c if there were world leaders that secretive then they wouldnt let these people hint that they exist. Plus they wouldnt have to be a secret if they were the world's leaders. So whats the point of them wearing the all seeing eye? Im guessing its b/c it's the symbol on dollars.
